Sat waiting to process a return for 20 minutes while employee prioritized other things like a phone call from a “sister store” and I was the only one in the store. This is not the place for getting good service or care. Return took 1 minute while I wasted 20. Same experience as always no matter what zone you go to.

When I first came into this location the employees were arguing about a purchase very loudly. I came to this auto zone with a dead battery and the kid that was helping me told me they couldn’t do exchanges on batteries at the time, so I said can I buy a new one and you install the battery. He said “no my manager won’t let me”. His manager clearly said that he could change the battery in front of my face. Then he proceeded to deny helping me buy the battery then said he couldn’t install the battery still. I then let the manager know how they could put me in a horrible situation by not helping out. The manager then said “sorry he won’t do it”. What is the purpose of offering a service, then employees not being able to do said service? When they are being paid to do so and the store is making money on my purchase.

This was probably one of the most depressing auto zones there is! Not sure which worker tonight but they all sure don’t care about doing there job! Even when you’re stuck in there parking lot with a dead battery, but claim it’s to “LAST minute” to sell a battery. So here we are, after closing still sittling with a dead battery! thanks auto zone!
