Called to inquire if this location did electrolysis in the genital area, as it’s requirement for a surgery I’m having and if they accept my insurance. The person on the phone was incredibly rude. He was being very flippant and dismissive of my questions and kept telling me I “need to get my face done”. I tried to redirect the conversation back to what I was actually calling about several times and he kept going back to facial electrolysis. He didn’t bother to find out I completed laser hair removal on my face well over a year ago. I’ll be finding somewhere else to do this very sensitive and important procedure.

Please return to your non-licensed Laser-Parlor operator who cannot legally process your insurance claim because laser hair removal cannot achieve permanent hair removal. Fact, only a state licensed and registered electrologist can process your insurance claim. As the only Massachusetts State Licensed & Registered Electrologist in Arizona that can legally process your insurance claim for the requisite above mentioned treatment you desire. By the way your misgendering hate calls from people like yourself is the reason I have a Contact Form. You used hatred to deliberately misgender myself to hurt my feelings and you succeeded. Your actions are all about your hatred and trying to hurt other peoples feelings with your sick misgendering comments is classified as a hate crime. Every thing you have said using your spoofed phone calls identifies you as a low-life time wasting troll. .
Very effective treatment. Kimberly's work is precise and painless. She also suggested a post treatment cream and a medication to hinder hair regrowth.
