My family and I have been a Buckle customer for years. While on vacation in Arizona, we ventured our way to the Scottsdale Fashion Mall. My teenage daughter and son decided that they wanted to shop at Buckle. As usual, they have excellent products. However, right out of the gate we were “attacked” by the most overbearing sales person by the name of Diana. Not only was she pushy, it was evident she was only interested in making sales, not listening or concerned with what we were looking for. I would have purchased more, but I couldn’t tolerate her over aggressive approach. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! From here on, I will stick to purchasing online. She ruined the in person shopping experience for me at Buckle.
When I visited this store I didn’t know what to expect, but I am so glad I gave it a try. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by Ruby and after I told her why I was there, she directed me to the exact section I needed. Not only that, but when I was in the fitting room she did a great job communicating with me about what I liked and didn’t like about the clothes and even gave me some new options to try. It felt like she really cared about finding me something that I felt good in. The checkout process was super easy, she was even able to ship a piece of clothing that I wanted in a different color straight to my house! I would 100% recommend this buckle, the employees make it fun and easy to find something for everybody!
Had an awesome experience with Bella and Ruby! Went to find an outfit for a concert and felt like I was shopping with friends! They had awesome suggestions and i tried on things I would have never picked myself but absolutely loved. This location is about 30 minutes out of the way for me, but it’s worth it to have such a great time shopping with these girls.
Just visited this store lately on vacation. Fantastic store! Enjoyed Bella’s help! She’s the manager there. Lots of smiles and suggestions but not too pushy. I appreciate that a lot! Definitely will stop back by there when I’m in the area again!
I love this Buckle store. My experiences have always been top notch! The sales people that I have worked with are the best. They know how to treat the customers and are great at selecting cute outfits for me. I recommend this Buckle to everyone!
I've always been amazed at the modern variety and quality of the clothes at Buckle. It's comfortable, trendy, laid-back or dressy. Whatever you're after, you will find something you like. You'll leave with something you didn't even expect and love it. The staff are super friendly and are more like personal shoppers for you. They are experts in finding your size and take a real interest in your style. And they know the products. I was looking for a cologne and staff knew everything about the different brands, scents, pricepoints. Shipping is fast, returns/exchanges are easy if you need it, too.
