I recently had an oil change on my F600 diesel. They also stated I needed 2 fuel filters. I received an estimate for $298.95. My final bill was $545.56. The work performed only included what was listed on the estimate. When I called to question the charge, they stated the estimate did not include parts. To the contrary, the estimate did include $49.95 in parts. Additionally, no where on the estimate does it say “labor only or parts not included “. I don’t what to advise as the estimate you sign is worthless. Brace for the final bill.

I honestly had the best car buying experience ever! I normally don’t write reviews but Robert Paprocki, Anh Tran, and the rest of the team really went above and beyond. They treated me like family and now I understand why Mr. Paprocki was dubbed the name “Pappy”. If you’re in the market for a new car, these are definitely the folks you want to help you get the best deal and the best car buying experience.

In the shop for routine maintenance, including oil, filter, rotation and multi point inspection. Preparation for travel across country this summer. Miguel and the team handled me efficiently while I worked using the provided WiFi. Overall a good experience.
