Very disappointed to have bought a clearance item and parts of the clearance item was missing very important things that were displayed on the outside of the box. Then, when I opened up, the box is was cracked. It was missing drawers and I would just let you know that if you buy anything clearance out of there, open the box and check it before you buy it because they will sell you something that’s not even the picture. I know it’s my fault for not doublechecking. I just want to let others know so that they don’t get duped as well.

Extremely Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience. From the moment I entered, I was met with rude and unwelcoming staff. What I find particularly concerning is the apparent requirement for customers to hold a beauty license. If this is indeed the case, then why is your store open to the general public? It is incredibly frustrating and frankly, insulting, to be made to feel unwelcome and unqualified to even browse your products simply because I do not possess a specific professional license. Furthermore, if such a restriction exists, there should be a clear and visible sign at the entrance stating this policy. The lack of such signage is not only inconvenient but also a waste of my time and potentially others who may not meet your undisclosed criteria. My experience today was thoroughly unpleasant, and I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I will certainly not be returning to and will be sure to share my negative experience with other people in the beauty market.
