Big thank you to Jackson and Elliot B in the Tucson area for hooking me up with new windows. From the beginning pitch to the installation of the windows it ran smooth, Elliot provided a clear and accurate picture of there product and the team of installers were insanely fast and talented. The windows are of excellent quality they offer a nice tint for privacy and cut out a lot of noise. These aren't just windows but an upgrade to your house and quality of life, I can open them from any direction, pop them out for easy cleaning avoiding the step ladder song and dance. Had some gnarly rain roll in after the installation and unlike my old windows no water leaked in, can't wait for monsoon season, let that fresh after rain air through the house. A most positive experience,feel well taken care of under the warranty I highly recommend talking with Eliet if you are thinking of new windows. Thank you to everyone who made this all happen.

I am not surprised at the company low ratings. They came and took measurement but never gave me a quote. To give them credit, I did receive 2 emails and a call to get a survey on their customer service before getting a quote from them. Never got the quote. They took measurements on Monday and I called on Thursday, they still didn’t have a quote and said they left a message. I couldn’t find the message on my phone. The company is a hot mess.
Dan installed a Casper screen on my French doors a couple weeks ago. I was pleased that he considered all the challenges around my particular door, and made suggestions with those in mind. After a solid install, a tour of the screen's features, and user tips to maximize longevity, I held off on reviewing until I had a chance to put them to use, which I am now and loving them. Nice job Dan and again thank you!
This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with after leaving messages with Marilyn and being told that she or Brian the owner would call me back I never received a call and said because my door was 3 years old that it was out of warranty and so they put my concern on the back burner. These people are not professional and only want money. Marilyn and Brian are not interested in customer service. I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF ELITE SERVICE.
This company is phenomenal. They arrived on time, was very efficient & super friendly.
I spent $13,000 on new windows with Elite. The minute the money was in their hands, they vanished. One of my windows was installed damaged and they will not come even take a look at it. I am also missing a screen door and they will not deliver it. I've been calling them over and over again for six months, and there is never any resolution. They also hired a contractor to repair the stucco after the window install. A 3 days promise of completion turned into over two months with the contractor constantly missing work days. When he was done, he left all of his construction materials and scaffolding on my property for an additional 2 months. He also never came to check the finished product and never delivered the promised warranty. The sad thing is, I have more windows to replace and I will be using someone else because Elite cannot finish what they start.
I wish it was available to rate less than one star. Customer service at this company is the worst ever. Never returned and phone calls or emails, NEVER. I have a problem with a window that was installed incorrectly. Glass broke after few weeks. Its been over 3 months and i still have no replacement. I am reporting the Elite Windows to BBB for none existing customer service, and not honoring warranty. I suggest for anyone who is looking at this company for window / door replacement to look elsewhere. I wish I looked up reviews prior writing them a check.
I have used elite in the past.. had a denotes of what they use and had an on the spot estimate.. 2 weeks and I still don't have a figure in front of me.. Daniel the rep was nice up front but when I called to see where he was with an estimate I got a run around.. o we could probably make something work if we twerk this an tweet that.. when this company lost Jake the guy I dealt with they lost a great salesman... I do not recommend this company unless you like pieced together windows and a runaround from them....
