Idk I gave them a few tries, but the friendliness and warnth wasn't there. The last visit I got some very overpriced tiny stale cookies. There's also something going on with their drain or something there's an unpleasant aroma. I don't think I'll be back. Hey you probably should've offered me a pastry for returning your item that shouldn't have been in my bag but whatevs.
The pastries are out of this world. The coffee is average. They put a lot into the pastries... Surprisingly, they don't do the same for craft coffee syrups. I wish this place would take as much pride in the beverage menu as they do the pastries. Coffee isn't bad, but the skilled and elevation clearly is different for pastries than it is coffee.

Such incredibly delicious pastries and coffee, with such a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We visited for two days in a row while staying nearby and chatted with multiple regulars/neighbors plus got to know the barista. Just a really positive place. Have to strongly recommend the kouign-aman, which are heavenly flaky buttery and sweet, the loaded potato danish, and the ham and cheese croissants. wow!!
The matcha latte was delicious! The server was super friendly and helpful.
Elite pastries! The cookies are exceptional and the espresso as well. :)
