My son got me a 90 minute combine facial and hot stone massage from this place as a Christmas present. I scheduled for January 30. The woman from the Spa change the appointment time and then sent confirmations at least six times to the point of being ridiculous! When I complain and asked her to stop that, I would let her know if I couldn’t make the appointment, she canceled my appointment lesson 24 hours before it was scheduled and told me to get a refund from Groupon! She was rude and unhelpful and ruined a gift from my son for Christmas! It was an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience. She had no customer service skills whatsoever! I’m glad now I didn’t let her put her hands on my body, I would avoid this place like the plague.
I had a wonderful experience with Sunni during my HIFU treatment. I truly enjoyed both the treatment and the time spent with her. She is a very kind, warm, and professional person who made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session.
The owner is very attentive. The place was clean and comfortable. I would recommend that anyone who is in the area visit you will not be disappointed 😉
Saw Aileen for Acne for a little over a year. You can tell that Aileen has been doing it for quite a while and knows what she is doing! I saw pretty good results over the course of a year. I will be back!
Aileen is extremely friendly, professional, and gives an amazing facial! My face was feeling great after and I was extremely relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!
I know you're supposed to wait a few days after a facial to review the service just to see how your skin reacts...but I could not wait!!! I had my Groupon Eurasian facial yesterday and I loved the entire facial service and how my skin felt during and after the appointment. Aileen is a master of her craft. I honestly feel like I'm in a proactive commercial..."she made my skin feel great!". What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and the fact that she did not try to rush the appointment and walked me through everything that she applied or did to my face, shoulders, and hands. She uses only natural products that aren't irritating. And they smell amazing!! Not overpowering at all. It was a luxurious experience and I left seriously wondering when I'm going to book my next facial with Aileen. Check out the Groupon, it is well worth it!
