Firefly Organic Coffee & Market

Featuring mold-free organic coffee, shade-grown at high elevation in Honduras. We pull smooth espresso shots from our La Marzocco Linea Classic (aka. “The Queen Bean”). We use organic cow’s milk & only the highest quality alt milks (organic oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk). We serve “Bulletproof” and “Protein” coffee drinks, organic, ceremonial grade matcha, organic black, green, and herbal teas, and chai tea lattes. Lunch items: We feature Amelia’s healthy grab and go fresh salads, peanut butter power balls, chicken salad, egg salad and more. Pastries: Amelia’s gluten-free treats like almond butter, salted chocolate chip, muffins like lemon zucchini and morning glory, and Ethel Lane Bakery’s organic sourdough cinnamon rolls.
