The Hot Yoga Den is a teacher owned hot yoga studio. The Hot Yoga Den will be offering hot Pilates, hot yoga, and hot Barre classes. We also offer a non-heated room that will provide Yin, sound bowl, and kids yoga. Our goal is to help students nurture their body, mind, and spirit, using physical movement to improve strength and flexibility while promoting mental focus.
