Brought my car here for some upgraded speakers. A few months ago Kartunes installed a subwoofer/amp. I highly recommend this place. Great communication and transparent pricing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I’m so happy with the outcome 😊🩷🩷

This company is terrific. They had installed a camera system for me, 12 months ago, and about 6 months ago there was a problem, not with their install but the equipment was creating codes in my electronic system. The dealership made it very painful, and then finally said it was the power supply. I went to Kartunes and they were very patient and explained how and what and that made sense. I contacted the camera mfg. they were a pain, finally received the replacement parts. Went back to CarTunes, fully expecting (rightfully so) to pay. The owner, Jeff stepped in and paid the tech and didn't charge me. He remembered me and said the dealer caused me enough problems. Great JOB! Thanks KARTUNES!!!

★★★★★ Five Stars I had an excellent experience at Kar Tunes and would not hesitate to recommend them. Back in 2023, I installed a Stinger head unit that promised Apple CarPlay and camera integration. From day one, Apple CarPlay never worked, and the front facing camera was completely nonfunctional. I lived with the issues for quite a while, but as I began driving more technical off road trails, guessing where my tires were going to land was no longer acceptable. Jeff, the owner and manager, took the time to personally check the system and walk through the problems with me. His technician, Josh, then spent about five hours methodically troubleshooting the entire setup. Along the way, Josh discovered loose wiring left behind by the original installer, as well as internal problems within the head unit itself. Instead of giving up or immediately pushing a full replacement, Josh stayed with it. He opened the head unit, repaired internal issues where possible, ran a brand new dedicated USB connection for Apple CarPlay, and continued testing until everything finally worked the way it should have from the start. By the time the work was complete, Apple CarPlay was fully functional. The original front camera was replaced, and a second front facing camera was added that feeds into a monitor built into the rearview mirror. That mirror camera is adjustable with a simple swipe of your finger, allowing precise control of the viewing angle. I now have two fully functioning front cameras, one on the head unit and one in the mirror, which is a huge improvement for off road driving and tight technical situations. What stood out most was the persistence and professionalism. Jeff took ownership of the problem, and Josh showed real patience and craftsmanship in solving it properly instead of taking shortcuts. If you want a shop that truly cares about fixing problems the right way, Kar Tunes is the place. I would absolutely return and recommend them without hesitation.
