Really positive and easy car buying experience. Ended up with a very good car at a very solid value. Buying the car, we worked with Jeff Jacoway, who was knowledgeable and great to work with. And then we worked with Max Kemp in financing, who was equally fantastic. Finally, Kameron was great in helping us address any and all issues around the car. Just a really great team. They each delivered for us. Big thumbs up to each and Mark Kia all around.

Whatever you do, do not purchase the extra add on plans through Finance! They get you at the end of the deal and not worth it at all.

The AC hasn’t been working on our Carnival. I scheduled an appointment and was told they would need to keep the car for 24-48 hours. 72 hours after dropping it off, I call to find out they haven’t even looked at it yet. Thanks Mark KIA!
