We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planning team. From start to finish, they were incredibly organized, calm, and professional. They made the entire process feel manageable and gave me so much confidence going into our wedding day. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to fully enjoy every moment without stress or worry. Their attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure made all the difference. A huge shoutout to Katie and Natalia — they were absolutely amazing. They were so supportive, organized, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Having them by my side made me feel completely at ease, and I honestly can’t imagine our day without them. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond and make your day feel effortless, I cannot recommend them enough. They did the best job in the whole wide world, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us! 🤍
From start to finish, working with Natalia & The Matchbox Event Team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Every single detail of our day was executed with intention, care, and heart. From the breathtaking ceremony setup framed by the desert mountains, the perfectly placed chandelier, and the dramatic rose-petal aisle, to the emotional moments enhanced by the timing of the fireworks. Everything felt cinematic, meaningful, and uniquely us. Behind the scenes, Natalia was our calm, our support, and our biggest advocate. Whether it was making sure I was taken care of before walking down the aisle, adjusting details on the fly, or coordinating vendors seamlessly, she never missed a beat. I truly felt like she treated our wedding as if it were her own. Our reception was absolutely magical. The romantic lighting, elegant tablescapes, stunning florals and dance floor underneath our floral chandeliers, felt like we stepped into an fairytale. Every transition flowed effortlessly, to include all vendors who had the opportunity to be a part of our special day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was. What sets Natalia apart is not just her talent, but her heart. She listened to our vision, honored our story, and elevated it beyond what we ever imagined. She didn’t just plan a wedding, she created an experience filled with emotion, beauty, and unforgettable moments. If you are considering Matchbox Event Co., do not hesitate. Hired matchbox for "day of" coordination services, Natalia and her team did a decent job however - if youre a stickler for keeping strict timelines, beware, as this caused me some stress and we missed the dream sunset for our entrance. Also, if you value constant communication with your coordinator the weeks leading up to your event, get ready to get guilt tripped if you want more than the 2 phone calls ("outside of package"), if being able to reach your coordinator on the phone isnt a big deal to you than you will be content with her service. Additionally, a little melting turf incident occurred with a substitute materials used by her team to light our incense, in which she refused to take any accountability in or insurance, costing us $500 in damage repair charge back from the venue. Other than that, they did a good job.

We feel it’s important to clarify the following details for transparency.<br><br>When you initially inquired, our standard services were outside of your stated budget. To support you, we created a fully custom coordination package for your family that included fewer pre-wedding meetings than we would typically recommend. Despite that, we provided multiple additional meetings and touch points at no additional cost in an effort to ensure you felt supported throughout the process. We recommended purchasing additional consultation calls, however you decided not to move forward in an effort to save.<br><br>Hiring inexpensive + inexperienced vendors against our professional advise can cause delays and mistakes outside of our control. Despite those delays, our team adjusted logistics in real time and jumped in to help other vendors - even if it was outside our job description. The ceremony began approximately 20 minutes behind schedule (still during sunset) — a recovery we worked very hard to achieve under the circumstances.<br><br>Regarding the turf incident - it was decided prior to the wedding day that the Bakhoor tradition would be executed by your family members. When the bowls got lost in shipment, we kindly offer to source a replacement to reduce the stress during your pre-wedding festivities, you stated that tin foil and a regular bowl would suffice. However, what was failed to be explained to us that the incense being placed in this bowl by your aunt and family members was actually coal, burning at a much higher temperature. Your aunt was the one to place and light the coal per your request - my team did not have a hand in the execution. We cannot be held liable for a detail that was kept from us and should have been done by a professional. <br><br>The team remained solution-oriented and positive throughout your event and worked diligently to navigate vendor delays and last-minute changes so your celebration could move forward. <br><br>We wish you both nothing but happiness and are proud of the effort our team put into bringing your wedding day to life. You looked beautiful and everyone had such a wonderful time celebrating.
Booking Matchbox was the best decision! As a bride who initially wasn't sure about the value of a wedding coordinator, I wholeheartedly recommend one after my experience. Natalia and team brought my wedding day to life, and allowed myself and family to enjoy the day as guests, rather than hosts running around. I opted for the month-of-coordination, and the assistance I received was everything and more than what my family and I expected. Their expertise kept me organized, informed and confident that all will go smoothly, which it did! The girls' demeanor was professional, calm, and helpful and I knew from our first call that I was in the best hands. As the day drew near, there were a few last minute logistics that I needed help with, and they jumped to action and always offered a helping hand to take things off my plate. I look back fondly on their presence during the biggest day of my life, and 100% know that my wedding was more memorable because of them! Guests keep complimenting how well the day ran. As someone who put a lot of time and effort into my wedding, I was so fortunate to have a team as thoughtful and hard-working as Matchbox to bring my vision to life and I cannot recommend their services more!

Natalia and her team were recommended to me by my venue event manager after a horrible experience with my previous planner. Natalia took our wedding on with so much compassion and enthusiasm and really changed our trajectory. Natalia and the team worked relentlessly to piece together all the moving parts of our wedding, and offered solutions for problems we had previously come across. Natalia has gone above and beyond and her approach is so different than any other wedding planning team. We are finally in a better place and now the fun planning starts :) We are so excited to work with Matchbox Event Co! I will update this review after our wedding weekend :)

Natalia and her team with MatchBox Event Co is amazing! She made all my wedding day everything I could have imagined. I'm probably the simplest design wise client she has ever had, and she literally made my dreams come true. I feel so fortunate that they chose to work with us, and I would get married again tomorrow if I knew they were by my side!

5 Stars – The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding! Hiring Matchboxevent and working with Natalia was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very start of the day to the very end, Natalia was by our side, handling everything with such calm professionalism that we never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. There were hiccups behind the scenes (as there always are with events), but we didn’t notice a single one—because Natalia and her team took care of it all seamlessly. When our alcohol ran out, she didn’t even hesitate—she went out herself to buy more just so everything could keep flowing smoothly. Every decision made throughout the day was run by us with care, and we always felt comfortable and taken care of. One of the moments that really stuck with me was walking into my bridal suite after the reception and seeing it completely cleaned and organized—done by Natalia herself. It’s hard to explain how comforting that was after such a long day. It truly felt like she thought of everything. Thanks to Natalia and Matchboxevent, our wedding felt effortless, joyful, and completely us. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Highly, highly recommend!
