We had the absolute pleasure of working with Victoria Meadows from Outstanding Occasions for my daughter’s wedding, and I cannot express all the wonderful things about our experience. From our first meeting to the final moments of the reception, Victoria was organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the day unforgettable. She didn’t just plan an event—she helped create one of the most meaningful, joy‑filled days of our lives. What impressed us most was their ability to anticipate needs before we even voiced them. Every detail—big and small—was handled with such care and professionalism. Victoria and her team kept us calm, on schedule, and completely confident that everything was under control. The vendors she recommended were great, her timeline ran flawlessly, and the entire event felt seamless. I loved that we were able to truly be present, soaking in every moment, because Victoria was quietly orchestrating everything behind the scenes with grace and intention. Alexandra and Kyle’s wedding day was magical, and was everything they wanted and more. We owe so much of that to Victoria. Her kindness and dedication to making sure everything was the way we wanted was always noticed. Our family will forever be grateful for the care and compassion that her whole team put into the wedding. If you want someone who plans with their whole heart, who brings peace to all the craziness, and who treats your family like their own, you won’t find anyone better. We are beyond grateful for everything Victoria has done for us.
My son Hamza and his fiance Stephanie after much deliberations decided to have there wedding reception in our backyard. They had planned to do an elopement in Monument Valley and reception at home. We decided to choose Outstanding Occasions after meeting with Victoria. She was an absolute blessing through out the planning process. She took the time to understand Hamza and Stephanie's vision and brought it to life with so much care and intention. She was consistently friendly, patient and highly attentive to all our requirements. Her calm reassuring demeanor was god sent to sooth many a stress full moments during the planning phase. Victoria and her team provided exceptional service the day of the wedding. She handled every little detail behind the scenes and made sure everything looked and felt perfect. It was because of her that we all fully enjoyed the day as guests despite the fact that the reception was in our own home! We are grateful for her dedication and kindness. if you are looking for a professional, caring and genuinely committed planner Victoria is the one. Highly recommend!
We recently got married on 10.24.25 in Arizona and Outstanding Occasions helped create the most magical day for our wedding day. We worked personally with Rachelle and she was simply the best. She made planning a destination wedding effortless. She was a joy to work with, she is connected with all the local vendors, and was very detailed oriented. She was there every step of the way and for every tough decision. She truly took my Pinterest wedding board and made it a reality. We also appreciated that she helped us find ways to save money during the planning process not the other way around. We would highly recommend Outstanding Occasions for their wedding planning services, they exceeded all of our expectations.
Rachelle was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. The many vendors we used for florist, event, band, bakery, stationery… she had worked with them all and knew them well. Everything was above our expectations. We splurged on some things but helped us cut back on other things that we could. I had no worries that when we walked into the event all would be perfect. And it was!
Our wedding was brought to life and more magical than I could have ever imagined because of our planner and vendors. Victoria @ Outstanding Occasions helped create and build our perfect day and not only provided guidance in areas we couldn’t navigate ourselves, she heard our vision and executed every detail and aspect with precise perfection. Being able to show up and worry about nothing but saying “I do” is every brides dream, and Victoria made that possible. Whether working with us on budgeting, decor and design ideas, and most importantly the flow of the day for ourselves and our loved ones, everything was just perfect. Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful and intention it was and that could not happen without this team.
We truly cannot express how grateful we are for Victoria. Having her as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made! Her attention to detail, paired with her kind and calming presence, made our big day absolutely perfect. Victoria instinctively knew what to do at every moment and was a constant source of reassurance and support throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. Not only does she have the sweetest and most genuine soul, but she’s also incredibly organized, efficient, and talented at what she does. Caitlin with Outstanding Occasions is the type of planner you NEED for your wedding. Not once did I (the bride) sweat, stress or have a moment of panic, because Caitlin was on it. She was organized, meticulous, highly communicative, honest, a great listener and someone I genuinely could rely on. I literally feel like I lived a fairytale on my wedding day and can’t believe that I get to say that wedding was mine. It was beyond my expectations and more than anything I could have envisioned! Caitlin not only understood our vision, but exceeded it, even in the final hours when rain was in the forecast. It wasn’t just aesthetically beautiful, but she facilitated the perfect flow of events from guests arriving and receiving champagne (yum + such a luxe touch) to the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. A black tie event that guests will remember because everything was intentionally done and felt personal. She helped plan the most epic event. We have received so many compliments on the florals, the little touches, the music (!!!), the speakeasy, the food - with so many saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended (even one of our groomsmen said they felt like they were living in a dream). I can’t thank Caitlin and the incredible crew of women at Outstanding Occasions (Kathryn and Rachel) enough for being part of our wedding journey and for making it a DREAM for my husband and me, and our entire family! Loved my experience working with Rachelle! She was always super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. I also loved the timeline checklist that Outstanding Occasions provided. It was a great visual to make sure I was on track with things.
My daughter Kerry and I LOVED working with Rachel on all of the details of Kerry's wedding last weekend! Rachel coordinated a dream wedding for Kerry and Patrick!
