If you’re in town for a team offsite, or visiting, this is such a great place to get together! We had so much fun. Our team of 30 something folks had so much fun designing our hats (call ahead for a reservation) and the staff was SO HELPFUL and kind. We had a blast. 💥
Such a fun experience. Definitely recommend going when in town. Lots of options to choose from with custom necklaces, trucker hats, and cowboy hats.
Great Experience! The staff were friendly and very helpful in designing hats, and there were so many options to choose from! The owner was very personable and a big part of our customer experience. I would recommend this establishment for a fun girls day out, a mother-daughter bonding trip, or just spending some ME time. I look forward to going back and trying some other styles. A great big THANK YOU to this wonderful establishment for making me feel welcome to Arizona!
Absolutely horrible. Was not even acknowledged when I walked in. Two men walked in to buy a hat with no add ons and were completely ignored for over 20 minutes. As they were just trying to buy a plain hat. I stood waiting for over 40 minutes to be helped. Coming from out of town, I wanted to bring home a cute hat to remember my trip. I was unable to, due to the very poor customer service. I would not recommend
