My husband and I visited late on a Friday on a whim as another dealership fell through on a vehicle we wanted. Andrew met us and was SO helpful. He showed us the car we wanted to see, helped research some of the specs (since we were looking at a preowned Acura, not a Mitsubishi) and offered to show us anything we wanted to see (even just to look and compare models!). We ultimately found a vehicle elsewhere but my experience was so good as a shopper, I’d recommend this dealership (and particularly Andrew) to help someone in the market for a new or used car.

So helpful and low pressure, although we at the end did not buy a car the experience was wonderful. Will being shopping here again.

I had a good experience with them buying the car. But for almost 6 months now I have called periodically to get my paperwork and I cannot get anyone to send it. They have called me back once now but it seems every time I get transferred to their finance department it goes to a message and I never hear from them again. Its supposed to be sent digitally. I suggest when you buy a car you get printed copies of everything. I should have known. I'll keep calling and trying and I'm hoping someone who is a decision maker there see this and finally reaches out. It's just unacceptable in my option to make things as simple as this so difficult. Took a good experience and made it then a nightmare. I need to file business taxes and o have the proper paperwork.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – Deceptive Pricing and Unsafe Practices. My experience with Scottsdale Mitsubishi was deeply disappointing and left me questioning their ethics and basic safety standards. First, the pricing bait-and-switch was blatant. After agreeing to a final vehicle price, I later found padded charges added to the bill, including $700 for window tint that was never requested or agreed to. This kind of add-on after a price has supposedly been finalized feels intentionally deceptive and erodes any trust a customer might have. A deal should be a deal—period. More concerning, however, were the unsafe inspection practices. The vehicle was presented as being properly inspected, yet it had rusted and heavily pitted rotors along with unevenly worn brake pads—issues that are obvious to anyone performing even a minimally competent safety inspection. These are not cosmetic problems; they are critical safety components that directly affect stopping ability. Failing to address or disclose them is irresponsible at best and dangerous at worst. Despite the obvious safety issues, they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind their so‑called inspection and leaving me on the hook for $1,400 to fix problems that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. Between the inflated, surprise charges and the complete disregard for vehicle safety, this dealership demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism that no customer should have to tolerate. Buying a car is stressful enough without having to double-check invoices for padded items or worry whether your brakes were ignored just to push a sale through. I would strongly caution anyone considering Scottsdale Mitsubishi to scrutinize every line item and have any vehicle independently inspected before trusting their word. Based on my experience, this dealership prioritizes profit over honesty and customer safety.

We bought a 2022 Ford F-150 a few weeks ago (Feb. 2026). After the test drive, going through the Carfax, and reviewing their individual inspection of the vehicle, we had repairs performed to bring it up to speed (alignment, idle problem, electric mirrors repaired and two front tires replaced -anything that was obvious). Believing the vehicle would need average maintenance, we also purchased the extended warranty for future needs ($60k+ paid for both the vehicle and the warranty). After purchase, we immediately took the vehicle to Camelback Ford to have a full inspection to make sure nothing was overlooked. Three days later there were numerous issues that needed to be addressed. All were minor except the brakes. Apparently, Mitsubishi inspected the brakes and even replaced the pads but they did not replace the rotors. The rotors were so bad they could not be recut, only replaced. The pads that were replaced had been gleamed and warped so their replacement was a waste of time. To repair the vehicle and make it safe for driving will cost $750 for the front and $750 for the back. $1500 worth of work that Mitsubishi said they were not responsible for... Although not certified used, the vehicle was advertised as in "good" condition - not great. It would have been extremely difficult for us to have the vehicle inspected before we took it off the lot. However, after repeated phone calls to their service department, it was clear that they were well aware of the brake condition and tried to cover it up. This is unacceptable! Mitsubishi doesn't negotiate on the price of their vehicles and they even charged us for tinting the windows of the vehicle (something we never asked for) and that was an additional $750 for something aesthetic that we had no choice in paying. They should have put that effort into something that contributes to the performance of the vehicle. Either way, we are now paying for the brakes to be repaired because the extended warranty does not cover maintenance. I high recommend not using this dealership for anything. The only bright spot was our sale girl. She was extremely nice, professional and she tried her best to help us with this problem. Neither the sales girl or a buyer of this vehicle would have known about the brakes. The management definitely knew. Buyers beware.

Misled and Let Down by Scottsdale Mitsubishi I feel completely misled by Scottsdale Mitsubishi. I bought a car that already had a known transmission issue, but I was assured it had been fixed. Less than two weeks later, the transmission started slipping again. When I reached out, our salesperson told us to bring it straight to service. But when we arrived, the service manager acted like he had no idea we were coming. Then he told us they wouldn’t do anything unless the dashboard showed a code—even though the car has a documented history of transmission problems. It felt like they just wanted to sell the car and wash their hands of it afterward. No accountability, no urgency, no real concern for the safety of the customer. I trusted them, and they completely let me down. I would warn anyone considering this dealership: be very careful. Once they get your money, you’re on your own.

I honestly never write reviews and I mean never but this experience truly deserves one. This was my first time buying from this dealership, and from start to finish, it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was outstanding. The entire team made the process completely hassle-free, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. There was no pressure, no games just straightforward, honest communication. They took the time to explain everything clearly and worked hard to make sure I understood every step. What really stood out to me was how hard they worked to get me the best deal possible. It didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a car — it felt like they were genuinely trying to help me. They went above and beyond to make the numbers work and made sure I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. On top of that, the service department went the extra mile as well. They were thorough, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off. That level of care really shows how much they value their customers even after the sale. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect, values your time, and truly works for you, this is the place. I don’t usually leave reviews, but they absolutely earned this one. Highly recommend!
