See all reviewsThey booked my entire fleet for a sold out event and cancelled last min, I would research local transportation companies and use them. They left my entire fleet with no work for a sold out weekend and I pushed many job proposals away due to SWCP having booked my entire fleet and then cancelled on the 31st day when all other people already had Buses booked months in advance and no way to recoup work with other vendors. My personal opinion is what my review is based on.
Amazing company! We are so happy that we decided to use Southwest Conference Planners for our team building activity. They were easy to work with, affordable, and made our event amazing! Collin and Bailey made our experience effortless and memorable for all our guests.
For a very long time I've recommend this company for multiple brands and businesses to have there conferences done not only in an extremely professional manner but in a timely, but best of all I have never been let down.
