I had a very disappointing experience with Chris at Hertz. He was rude, obnoxious, and completely unhelpful. When I arrived, there was no car available for me, and he simply said I was on a “waiting list” without offering any explanation of what that meant or how long the wait would be. When I asked for a refund, he told me I would have to handle it directly with Hertz, offering no assistance or solutions. I also asked to speak with customer service, and he dismissively told me I could call them myself but that they “weren’t going to do anything” for me. Throughout the interaction, he was demeaning, spoke over me, and came across as dismissive and derogatory. In contrast, the other gentleman working alongside him was calm, professional, and respectful—everything you would expect from a customer service interaction and Chris could learn a thing or two from this young man. I travel frequently and rent cars often, but based on how I was treated today, Hertz will no longer be an option for me.

Booked online and had no information detailing the place closed at 5 when our pick up time was that time! Tried to call the number and kept getting bounced around and then the line ended up cutting out... very disappointed with lack of communication and follow up! Edit: We arrived the next morning, no problem. However, the manager said they were overbooked by 38 cars and said he couldnt refund me but hoped that I don't get charged a no show fee! Excuse me- what?! I showed up and you didn't have a car! Definitely would not rent here again through a third party but SURELY won't do it directly either! Save yourself the hassle and go to the airport!

They charged me 200 for holding fee on the day i rented the car which is okay cuz that is dor holding fee.They charged me another 100 when i dropped of the car and another 100 after 2 days.I put a full tank gas on it before i dropped it off and it is so hard to call Hertz.

I booked a van three months ago for a golf trip. Chris called me the morning of the reservation and left a voicemail confirming the van. When I called back a minute later he advised the van was gone. He clearly gave the van away despite my reservation. When I called back he hung up on me. Terrible service. We flew in from Canada and are now scrambling to find transportation

Worst Hertz location I’ve ever experienced. The manager, Chris, was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I arrived, he was eating McDonald’s at the front counter in front of customers. I had a reservation booked, and when my debit card didn’t process, he loudly announced that my card was declining in front of everyone. That was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. When I used a different card, he stopped helping another customer just to yell across the store, “Make sure her name matches the card she’s using!” Then when I didn’t pass the soft credit check, he announced that loudly as well — again in front of everyone. He wasn’t even the employee assisting me but went out of his way to publicly comment on my situation. Financial matters should be handled privately and respectfully. I felt humiliated and treated terribly. Avoid this location if you value professionalism and basic customer service.

It was great for drop off. Depends on the day you go in. Pickup took a little bit longer as there was only one worker (who was doing his very best) trying to help out everyone. Very friendly and efficient once you get helped. Also, Waymo can pick you up from the lot as well to head to the airport!
