I bought a BMW 328i from them last year. Drove it off the lot with the fuel light on. Had to get gas. The next day, the check engine light came on. They took care of it. It took three days. They didn't put me in touch with the mechanic and scolded me for calling to check on it. "Listen, you don't need to call here, okay? We'll call you, got it? WE'LL call YOU." I of course had to arrange for rides while the car was gone and was calling because at no point did they call me to give a time update. When I picked up the car, they refused to give me the paperwork from the mechanic saying, "It's all fixed, have a good day. It's all fixed, you're good buddy, we're closing up, it's all fixed." Within a year, I need to put 6k of repairs into it. Bad bushings, worn out brakes, bad alternator stripped the serpentine belt, leaking coolant, tires are bald at this point. Go to a real dealer. Don't look for deals here. Smarmy, rude owner lining his pockets. Pay for the good reputatable dealers. It's worth it in the end, and this owner just flat out does not deserve your money.
