While visiting Scottsdale for a conference, I made the unfortunate mistake of sitting on my glasses and completely breaking them. Since I rely on them to see clearly—especially to follow along with presentations—I was in a bit of a bind. I called Scottsdale Eyewear, explained my situation, and they immediately worked me into their schedule. They understood the urgency and took care of my glasses right away. There are some great restaurants nearby, so I stepped out to grab a meal while they worked on them. Before I was even halfway through eating, they called to let me know my glasses were already repaired and ready to pick up. That level of service is rare these days. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a tough situation. It felt like they truly value relationships and customer care. I strongly recommend Scottsdale Eyewear to anyone in the Scottsdale or Phoenix area. And if you’re a traveler like me who happens to break your glasses while in town, these are absolutely the people to call.

The selection here is absolutely amazing, and you have access to exclusive frames most are unaware of. The team at Scottsdale Eyewear are second to none. Amazing service! They fixed my Cartier glasses in minutes, cleaned them and adjusted them perfectly! Amazing staff and store!!!
