While visiting Scottsdale for a conference, I made the unfortunate mistake of sitting on my glasses and completely breaking them. Since I rely on them to see clearly—especially to follow along with presentations—I was in a bit of a bind. I called Scottsdale Eyewear, explained my situation, and they immediately worked me into their schedule. They understood the urgency and took care of my glasses right away. There are some great restaurants nearby, so I stepped out to grab a meal while they worked on them. Before I was even halfway through eating, they called to let me know my glasses were already repaired and ready to pick up. That level of service is rare these days. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a tough situation. It felt like they truly value relationships and customer care. I strongly recommend Scottsdale Eyewear to anyone in the Scottsdale or Phoenix area. And if you’re a traveler like me who happens to break your glasses while in town, these are absolutely the people to call.
The selection here is absolutely amazing, and you have access to exclusive frames most are unaware of. The team at Scottsdale Eyewear are second to none. They intuitively know which frames (and lens) to introduce. To the team: Thank you for my Leisure Society Komendas…thank you for your friendship.
Amazing service! They fixed my Cartier glasses in minutes, cleaned them and adjusted them perfectly! Amazing staff and store!!!
I have used this company account for a number of years. Today I brought in two eyeglasses and in about two hours they were repaired. Good workmanship and very fair price.
Love this place. Their selection is gorgeous. David & Leo always help me with finding frames that suit me. Been with Scottsdale Eyeware a few years now, I'm always jazzed about new frames I settled on from their gorgeous selection. (Friends even ask me where I got my gorgeous glasses.) Having these guys help me with suggestions is so valuable for me. They even replaced lenses in my last frame to accommodate new prescription! Always delightful time with these guys, appreciating their help. Can't say enough good things about David, Leo and this boutique of fantastic, immense selection. Many thanks. Grateful to you..

Most amazing decision I ever Maid was buying sunglasses from these guys. They literally last you a lifetime and I’m the kind of guy that normally breaks every pair he owns. The investment is worth it. Thanks guys for always taking care of me

Dr Leo is incredible. We came in from out of state and he was able to help us the same day. This is one of the most friendly eye offices I have ever visited. They are great people and deserve all the success in the world

Incredible service! I brought in my Prada sunglasses for a repair and he fixed them perfectly… free of charge. David was so friendly and made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. My sunglasses look and feel brand new again! Highly recommend this store for their honesty, skill, and incredible customer care. Any designer sunglasses I buy in the future will be here :)!
